HISTORY
In November 1989, after working part time selling cassettes and related accessories at flea markets, Marilyn and Amalio Santos, Jr. opened their first retail music store under the name of Music Hut on Knickerbocker Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. Identifying the need of a growing Latino Community, the company grew its specialty Latin music business to 9 retail stores. Now operating under the Rincon Musical name. Rincon Musical means Music corner. Our stores vary in size between 1100 to 8000 square feet.
